In Need of Something New..
I think any person involved with fashion thinks they always need something new. I am definitely guilty. Along with always thinking I need something new, I am always thinking I need a new designer to LOVE (of course I am always picky, the pickiness creates individual style). Today Daily Candy posted MATSU, a new line by a Parson’s grad, which I absolutely LOVE. It seems to be a marriage between P. Lim and Helmut Lang..and what a great couple that makes! Her designs have perfect shapes, just enough femininity, and still keeping things simple. And of course it is available at Shop, right here on the Manhattan’s LES. So yay for something new!
