Margiela’s Next Step…
Maison Martin Margiela has signed with L’Oreal to produce a signature fragrance to be in stores Fall ‘09. As usual for Margiela, the aroma is promised to be something out of the ordinary. Just three months ago, Margiela debuted his first sunglasses collection which looked like black rectangles across the face (possibly to remind us of his own mysterious self?). Maybe something of a similar conceptual tone will be in order for the fragrance? I guess we will wait and see what the forward thinking designer will come up with…(Read more on WWD.COM)
